Love is, when after a fight, you put your phone in airplane mode swearing to let your last conversation to be the indeed last one and still check your phone to be in full volume so that you don’t miss any call from that person…

Absolutely so mad at this person, yet your hearts throb to hear their voice, you sniff the air for their smell and all! That is love, sometime you can help but love even with the threat of heartbreak. Thanks for this piece.

You are most welcome. I’m in a long distance relationship so the phone is all for me; my inspiration to live, my reason to die

Then deactivating all your social accounts,
Then blocking him in WhatsApp…
Then looking at the photos you’ve shared,
Then saying your sweetest and sincerest apology…
Love, love, love!

Ha ha ha… I don’t have enough courage to hurt me too much with blocking him my buddy… The mere thinking of remaining disconnected from him threats me like hell…

Hahahaha. It’s both art and science buddy! I always make it a point to take love objectively first, like a head knowledge thing…Then work through the heart if he deserves it. Hahaha

Oh yes, just noticed. Thanks a ton. And the ‘the’ is placed there consciously, for the sake of emphasis

Love is wonderful. Yet, I’ve never been hurt by something else so bad. That feeling when you know that they are not looking at their phone to see the missed calls. Knowing that no matter how much they may indeed care for you, it’s not the same as you do for them. It’s hard.

So true. “Never speak to me again…” A day later “Why didn’t you call?!”
I have thankfully grown out of this behaviour and am happy to be needy with my boyfriend. I don’t know if he is happy about it though haha.
